42. The Power of Healthy Law Enforcement Relationships with Dr. Baumgart
Dr. Baumgart is a board-certified specialist in police and public safety psychology, and an embedded psychologist for a large metropolitan LE agency. She works closely with patrol stations and custody facilities to provide support to law enforcement personnel, and consults with peer support and chaplains programs. Her professional interests include retirement, peer support, suicide, depression, critical incidents, and trauma. Dr. Baumgart is also married to a now-retired police officer and understands some of the challenges experienced in law enforcement relationships.
